Swagman Country Dining Functions

Swagman Country Dining is able to offer exclusive use of the venue for your general lunchtime functions! This is offered on a set-menu basis (see below for our functions menu). We are able to offer a 2 course meal option (main and dessert) at $100 per head, or a 3 course option (entree, main, and dessert) at $120 per head. (Drinks sold separately.) Minimum bookings of 20 people apply. Bookings need to be made minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance.

Beef Minestrone Soup
with native tyme, served with a house-made bread roll

Native saltbush dukkah with olive oil and caramelised bush tomato balsamic, sundried tomatoes, olives, house-marinated mushrooms, pickled grapes, vintage cheddar, and a house-made bread roll

Swagman Chargrilled Eye Fillet Steak
Approx 200g steak cooked on the chargrill over red gum coals served with house-made native-herbed wedges, side salad, and a trio of signature sauces: mustard, sweet and salty, and oishii

Dukkah Crusted Crocodile Linguini
Served in a creamy sauce with native sea parsley

Pumpkin and Saltbush Lasagne (VEG)
House-made and served with a side salad

Terms and
Conditions

All general function reservations are required to paya deposit of 20% of the food cost. Your booking will be confirmed once this deposit is paid. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of the booking. (Extenuating circumstances will be considered).

Final Attendance: A guaranteed number of guests must be advised no less than 14 days before the day of the booking.

Dietary Requirements: Our menu contains a range of allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles eggs, nuts, shellfish, seafood, gluten, sesame, and chilli. Whilst food safety processes are undertaken to eliminate cross contamination, we cannot guarantee our food to be allergen free. When making your booking, please notify us of any dietary requirements your guests have.

Decoration and Display: Decoration of facilities can be discussed but due to our commitment to preserving native wildlife, use of helium balloons is prohibited on the property. We are happy to provide fresh-cut native blue gum (sourced sustainably from our native forests) at a negotiated cost.

Speeches and Food Service: We are unable to delay food service for speeches. Our waitstaff will be as discreet as possible if serving during speeches.
