Join us for a unique one-hour tour of our 850 square metre Food Forest.

Includes tastings of edible herbs and fruit and ‘Swagman’ Kitchen delicacies such as Lemon Myrtle Papaparelle, Aniseed Myrtle Turkish Delight and Lilly Pilly Jam.

Tours available for groups of 10 or more. Cost is $25 per person.

Tour Cost includes: Approx 1 hour Food Forest Garden Tour, seasonal Food Forest tastings and demitasse cup of Lemon Myrtle tea.

The garden produced a crop of over a thousand native finger limes this harvest along with colourful fruit from the many Lilly Pilly trees.

Native spinach and herbs used in ‘Swagman’ menu dishes are Geraldton wax, Lemon myrtle, Aniseed myrtle, native thyme, native basil, Mountain pepper, salt bush leaf and Warrigal spinach.

Learn the importance of the Honey Bee hive in the pollination of the non-native fruit and citrus bearing trees in the garden.
